Refunds & Cancellation
How to cancel a paid Sage Vault plan and when you can get your money back. Sage Vault is operated by CyberSage, a business registered in India.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops renewing. You won’t be charged again.
Free trials
If a plan comes with a free trial, you aren’t charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
14-day cancellation right
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from buying a plan to cancel and ask for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, no reason needed.
- Because access starts immediately, if you have used the service during those 14 days we may keep a fair amount for the days you used it.
- If you haven’t used the service, you get a full refund.
After 14 days
We don’t normally refund the part of a billing period you have already paid for, but you keep access until it ends. We will refund a payment taken by mistake (for example a charge after you cancelled, or a duplicate charge).
If something is wrong with the service
If a paid feature doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund for the affected period. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this page.
How to ask
Email support@cybersage.uk from the address on your account. We reply within 3 working days and pay approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days; your bank may take longer to show it.
Pilot and organisation-funded access
If your university or employer pays for your access, billing and refunds are handled under their agreement with us, not this page.
