Accessibility

We want Sage Vault to be usable by everyone, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We haven’t had an independent audit yet, so this page says what we have done and where we know there are gaps.

Keyboard

  • Tab / Shift + Tab move between links and controls. The one with focus always has a visible outline.
  • “Skip to main content” appears when you first press Tab on any page.
  • Ctrl/⌘ + K opens search. Use ↑ ↓ and Enter to pick a result, and the Clear button to empty the box.
  • ? shows the shortcut list on any page. Esc closes dialogs.

Other measures

  • Informational images have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animations are reduced or turned off if your device is set to “reduce motion”.
  • Pages are built with headings and landmarks so screen reader users can move around.

Known gaps

  • Some lab and simulation interfaces (terminals, network diagrams, drag-and-drop) are hard to use with a screen reader or without a mouse. Tell us and we will give you another way to complete the task.
  • Some secondary text in the dark theme may fall below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio. We are fixing these as we find them.

Tell us about a problem

Email support@cybersage.uk and we will reply within 5 working days. If you are not happy with our response you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). If you are a student, your institution’s disability service can also ask us for adjustments.
